NEW GATE HOURS EFFECTIVE 2/14/2025:

MONDAY – FRIDAY

  • GATES WILL OPEN AT 6:30AM AND CLOSE AT 9:00AM TO FACILITATE MORNING RUSH.
  • GATES WILL OPEN AT 3:30PM AND CLOSE AT 6:30PM TO FACILITATE AFTERNOON RUSH.

AT ALL OTHER TIMES THE GATES WILL BE CLOSED.

SATURDAY & SUNDAY

· CLOSED 24/7  

Balcones Creek Garage Sale

Ladies Daytime Bunco

Ladies join us the 2nd Tuesday of every month from 1 - 3:00 pm.

Hostess/location changes monthly but within Balcones Creek.

Only $5 each month paid at beginning of game.  Money is distributed at end of game.

 

Bunco is a dice game where you can socialize with other Balcones Creek ladies.  4 to a table, roll dice, move to another table when the first table reaches a score of 21!

Snacks/dessert served by hostess.

 

Text Ginger at 210-365-3958 and let her know if you would like to be a member or a substitute.  No extra charge for either. Just bring $5 each time.

T he HOA for Balcones Creek is the non-profit Corporation that governs the neighborhood Balcones Creek .  As a reminder, the website is offered as a value added service of information.
 
All Homeowners are Members of  Balcones Creek Homeowners Association, Inc. , a Non-Profit Texas Corporation, whose primary purpose is to maintain and administer the Common Areas, to collect Homeowner Assessments and disburse monies for the payment of the Association operating expenses with respect to the residential properties known as the  Balcones Creek HOA.
 
H omeowners and Tenants are subject to and legally bound by the Association's  Declarations, Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions . These documents are available for review under   Governing   Documents .
